A federal Parolee, who failed to return for his curfew in Saint John New Brunswick and unlawfully at large since August 4th 2019, was arrested on Euston Street at approximately 11:30 pm Saturday night.
Charlottetown Police Officers were informed about Peter CHISHOLM (90/07/28) being Wanted and that he may be in the Charlottetown area. While of patrol in the down town area Saturday night, CHISHOLM was seen walking down Euston Street, at which time, the Officer approached him and placed him under arrest.
Chisholm is serving a 6 year, 4 month sentence for a number of offences including Robbery, Mischief to Property and Assault. He was lodged at the Provincial Correctional Centre and will be returned to the Federal Penitentiary.
