While on routine patrol at 00:45 am on Saturday morning (Dec 19), patrol Officers located a vehicle that was driving erratically on Kent Street. The vehicle was pulled over on Kensington Road and the driver displayed signs of being impaired by alcohol and was arrested.
A 22 year old Charlottetown male was subsequently charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle. The accused will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
