Arrested and Charged: 49-year-old female charged with break and enter

On August 27, Charlottetown Police Services responded to a break and enter at a business where liquor and jewelry were reported stolen. Video footage captured the offence, and officers were able to identify the suspect as 49-year-old Amanda Trainor.

Shortly thereafter, Trainor was located, and arrested and charged with the following offences:

• Break and enter (s. 348 CCC)
• Failure to comply with a probation order (s. 733 CCC)

Trainor was released with conditions and is scheduled to appear in court on October 16, 2025.
