An arrest warrant was issued today, September 24, 2025, for 31-year-old Whyatt Leslie Cook of Milton Station, PE. Earlier this morning, Cook was in possession of a 2024 Ford F150 truck, bearing Nova Scotia license plate HME374.
The 31-year-old is arrestable for the following offences:
• Flight from police (s. 320 CCC)
• Possession of property obtained by crime (s. 354 CCC)
• Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle (s. 320 CCC)
He has a history of offences in multiple jurisdictions that includes assault, resisting arrest and uttering threats.
Cook is approximately 6’ tall with brown hair and brown eyes. If observed, do not approach or confront him, please call 911 or contact PEI Crime Stoppers immediately.
