Assist to Identify – Uttering threats

The male suspect has been identified and is cooperating with police. We would like to thank the community for their assistance with this matter.

On Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at approximately 7:15 p.m. a male suspect was captured on video placing a disturbing and threatening poster on the front of Charlottetown City Hall. The incident was reported to Charlottetown Police Services earlier today and is currently under investigation.

Charlottetown Police Services is seeking public assistance to identify the suspect.
