At 4:35 yesterday afternoon, Charlottetown Police Services effected an arrest of a 33 year old Charlottetown male that had an outstanding warrant. In addition to the warrant of arrest, the accused now faces charges of Mischief Under $5000, Resist Arrest and Failing to comply with an Undertaking. The accused will appear in provincial court later today for a remand hearing.
During this arrest, Officers also arrested two other males that Police had been looking for:
- A 35 year old Charlottetown male was arrested for being unlawfully at large.
- A 45 year old Charlottetown male was arrested for fraudulent use a stolen credit card. This charge is in relation to the recent thefts from vehicles. The male was charged and released from custody with conditions. He will appear in court at a later date.
