Follow us on TwitterCharlottetown Police Services is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 52-year-old Robert Dwayne Kelly, who is missing from Hillsborough Hospital. A warrant of committal has been issued for his return.
Mr. Kelly was last seen on May 6, 2026, at approximately 1:30 p.m. while on an escorted leave on Church St. in Cornwall. He left the area unnoticed by hospital staff and has not been seen since.
He is 5’7” in height, 155lbs, brown hair, hazel eyes and was last seen wearing a black sweater, grey pants and beige shoes.
