Charlottetown Police Services has located and charged a male in relation to an assault that occurred on November 18, 2020.
On November 18th, Police responded to a complaint of 2 unwanted persons in a residential property on Queen Street. Prior to Police arrival, an assault between one of the persons and the property manager ensued.
On November 27th, the Charlottetown Police Services Street Crime Unit located and arrested the suspect. As a result, a 34 year old Charlottetown male has been charged with break and enter, assault causing bodily harm, fail to comply with a release order and breach of probation.
The accused has been remanded in custody and will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
