Last night (Sept 18) at 10:30 pm , Charlottetown Police Street Crime Unit arrested a male following a targeted traffic stop on St Peters Road.
The search resulted in the seizure of:
- 42 grams of cocaine
- Imitation hand gun (bb gun)
- other drug paraphernalia
A 43 year old Charlottetown male has been charged with CDSA 5(2) – Possession of drugs (cocaine) for the purpose of trafficking and possession of a weapon while bound by a weapon/firearm prohibition order.
The accused has been released with conditions and will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
