Mr. MOONEY is still missing, Police wish to provide an update on the his last sighting.
Mr. MOONEY was last seen walking northbound on confederation trial yesterday at 11:17 am (April 16) at the intersection of the Arterial Highway and Mount Edward Road. He is believed to have continued walking north on the trail from that point.

Charlottetown Police Services are seeking public assistance in locating a missing person.
Joseph MOONEY, 60 years old, was last seen today (April 16) on Queen Street and Sydney Street at 10:07 a.m.
He was last seen wearing:
- Red/purple t-shirt
- Dark cargo pants
- Dark bomber jacket
- Carrying black camo pattern back pack
- Dark ASICS sneakers
- wearing blue surgical face mask
- 5 feet 7 inches tall
- Short grey hair and white beard
- Blue eyes
