File: 2022858711 – At approximately 2:50 am Saturday (June 25), while on routine patrol, Officers noticed a vehicle driving erratically and pulled it over on University Ave. The driver displayed signs of impairment by alcohol and was arrested.
A 21 year old Stratford male provided breath sample over twice the legal limit and was subsequently charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle.
File: 2022862000 – At 6:50 pm Saturday evening (June 25), Charlottetown Police Services responded to a complaint of an erratic driver on Mount Edward Road. Officers located the vehicle on Brackley Point Road and pulled it over. Officers determined that the driver was impaired by alcohol and was arrested.
A 33 year old Halifax Nova Scotia male was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle.
File: 2022869084 – At 2:25 am this morning (June 27), Charlottetown Police Services responded to a complaint of a possible impaired driver on Kent Street. Officers located the vehicle on University Avenue and pulled it over. Officers determined that the driver displayed signs of being impaired by alcohol and was arrested.
A 58 year old Kensington male was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle.
All charged individuals will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
