On January 8th, at approximately 7:00 pm, Charlottetown Police Services responded to a complaint of a possible impaired driver that got his vehicle stuck in snow on Spring Lane.
Police located the vehicle and driver who was in the process of attempting to get the vehicle out of the snow. The driver displayed signs of impairment by alcohol and was arrested.
A 44 year old Kingston, PEI male was subsequently charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
