Charlottetown Police Services is seeking public assistance with identifying the suspects responsible for throwing objects at passing vehicles near the Winsloe Soccer field on the Lower Malpeque Road.
Over the last several months Police have received several complaints of objects being thrown at vehicles while driving past the Winsloe Soccer field area.
Most recently, on Friday night (Sept 17th) at 9:30 pm, one complainant had an apple thrown at his vehicle and another motorist reported a rock thrown at his vehicle that caused the windshield to crack. Needless to say that throwing objects at moving vehicles is extremely dangerous. Police are seeking public assistance with providing information that may lead to identifying those responsible.
