The search resulted in the seizure of:
- 34 Percocet tablets
- 22 grams of Crack Cocaine
- 36 grams of Crystal Meth
- 74 grams of Fentanyl
- Over $7400.00 cash
- Loaded Glock 9mm hand gun
The street value of the drugs is over $43,000.00 dollars.
Seven persons were arrested on scene. Three were released without charges.
A 35 year old Charlottetown male and a 35 year old Charlottetown female have been charged with three counts of CDSA 5(1) – Trafficking (cocaine, crystal meth and fentanyl). Both have been released on conditions and will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
A 19 year old Ontario male has been charged with:
- CDSA 5(2) – Possession for the purpose of trafficking (Oxycodone)
- CDSA 5(2) – Possession for the purpose of trafficking (Crack Cocaine)
- CDSA 5(2) – Possession for the purpose of trafficking (Methamphetamine)
- CDSA 5(2) – Possession for the purpose of trafficking (Fentanyl)
A second 19 year old Ontario male has been charged with:
- CDSA 5(2) – Possession for the purpose of trafficking (Crack Cocaine)
- CDSA 5(2) – Possession for the purpose of trafficking (Methamphetamine)
- CDSA 5(2) – Possession for the purpose of trafficking (Fentanyl)
- 88(1) – Possession of a weapon for dangerous purposes
- 86(1) – Careless use of a prohibited weapon
- 90(1) – Carrying a concealed weapon
- 91(1) – Unauthorized possession of a firearm
- 91(2) – Possession of prohibited ammunition
- 95(1)(a) – Possession of a loaded restricted firearm
- 145(5)(a) – Fail to comply with a Release Order (residence)
- 145(5)(a) – Fail to comply with a Release Order (weapons/firearms)
- 145(5)(a) – Fail to comply with a Release Order (drugs)
Both Ontario males have been remanded in custody and will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
