Charlottetown Police Services is investigation an incident of someone throwing objects, possibly rocks from the Oak Drive overpass.
Between 7:50 and 8:15 pm on Friday evening (Aug 21st), someone threw small objects, believed to be rocks, from the Oak Drive overpass down onto the Perimeter Highway. The objects struck a passing vehicle heading west and cracked the windshield.
Needless to say that throwing any item from the overpass down onto oncoming traffic is extremely dangerous.
