Follow us on TwitterOver the last week Charlottetown Police Services has seen an increased volume of complaints reporting thefts from vehicles. The majority of the cases have occurred in the downtown core.
Charlottetown Police will be stepping up patrols in these areas.
Residents can take some effective and simple preventative measures such as:
- Do not leave valuables such as purses, wallets and electronic devices in vehicles
- Always keep your doors locked
Residents are also encouraged to immediately report suspicious activity to Police.
