Domestic Violence – Charges Laid

Charlottetown Police Services responded to a domestic violence complaint at 10:20 am Sunday (Feb 7).  The female victim did not require any medical attention.

As a result of the investigation, a 44 year old Charlottetown male has been charged with assault.

The accused has been released from custody with conditions to have no contact with the victim and will appear in Provincial Court at a later date.
