Follow us on TwitterOn November 9th at approx. 7PM, Charlottetown Police Services attended the area of J. Frank MacAuley Park at the request of The Charlottetown Fire Inspector who was responding to a complaint of fireworks having been set off in the area.
Upon arrival police learned that three individuals had been setting off fireworks illegally which nearly struck other persons that were nearby and did cause a small brush fire that had to be extinguished by the fire inspector.
Charlottetown Police are seeking the assistance of the public in providing any information that may assist in identifying the individuals responsible.
